Warranty & Guarantee
Demo Mobility Scooters & Electric Wheelchairs
All demo mobility scooters and electric wheelchairs include the following warranty:
- 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects on the frame.
- 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects on all electrical components.
- 6-month warranty on chargers and batteries.
Important: All warranties are subject to the specified weight limit of the product. If the recommended maximum weight limit is exceeded, the warranty and/or guarantee will be void.
Replacement parts are available from our Parts Department or can be purchased online.
Used / Scratch & Dent Mobility Scooters & Electric Wheelchairs
All used and scratch & dent mobility scooters and electric wheelchairs are sold as-is and therefore do not carry a warranty or guarantee.
Replacement parts for most models are available from our Parts Department.
